What we collect
When you book a party, sign a waiver, buy a membership or join our mailing list, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the names and ages of the children in your family.
How we use it
To run your booking, keep required waivers on file, manage your membership, and — if you asked for it — send you occasional email about events and openings. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
We use outside services to handle scheduling, payments, waivers and email — currently TidyCal for booking and Stripe for payments. Those providers process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. We share information with anyone else only when the law requires it.
Photography
We sometimes photograph the play space for our website and social media. If you would prefer that your child not appear in our photos, tell any staff member and we will make a note of it.
Children
This website is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. To ask what we have on file, or to have it removed, email PlayStationMetacom@gmail.com.
